Let’s talk on GST on 3 points- CAIT ask FM
CAIT National Vice President Amar Parwani, State Working President Magelal Maloo State Working President Vikram Singh Deo, State General secretary Jitendra Doshi , State Working General secretary Parmanand Jain, State Treasure Ajay Agrawal has informed that the letter and spirit of GST in Country is being highly distorted by various amendments/ additions of GST rules making GST as one of the most complicated taxation system for traders of Country most of them are not so educated or computerised which makes compliance more complex for them.

CAIT National Vice President Amar Parwani informed that The Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) today sent a letter to Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman urging her to defer all amendments issued in recent past and begin a dialogue based on 3 principles namely (I) Simplification & Rationalisation of GST tax system relieving traders from complex compliance (ii) widening of GST tax base (iii) yielding substantial revenue to Central & State Governments .

The CAIT is more inclined to resolve the GST issues with a process of dialogue instead of resorting to confrontation path and that is why it is appealing the FM to defer the implementation of recent notification and initiate the process of dialogue.
